Challenges
The goal of the entire project was to find a virtual reality ERP solution, that would cover all of the company's business processes. Vrgineers is thinking about the future, which is why the main challenges of the project were:
- Implementing an easily scalable solution due to the company's rapid growth
- Consolidating the portfolio of single-purpose applications (Monday, Abra, Excel etc.) into one platform
- Process adaptation: it was important to adapt as many business processes as possible to the new platform in order to use its potential to the maximum
- Complete accounting in the new ERP system

Vrgineers selected Odoo ERP to manage rapid growth and unify their tools. The implementation of the Odoo ERP platform in the VR and AR industry was carried out with the aim of integrating and automating all the company's key business processes, such as:
