By combining Odoo, one of the most comprehensive open-source business platforms in the world, and Passmachine, a solution for managing digital cards, tickets and passes, a tool was created that combines the best of both worlds:

• Clear customer management: Thanks to centralization in Odoo, you have everything important in one place, from purchasing behavior to active entries to loyalty program participation.
• More effective campaigns: By connecting data, you can work with targeted emailing, notifications, or customized campaigns. All conveniently directly through Odoo.

Who uses this integration?

One of the first places to use this integration is city​ Skalica​. In collaboration with 26HOUSE, we managed to connect the digital ticket and benefits system for residents with a comprehensive ERP platform, which enabled more efficient event management, better data management, and more convenient access for city citizens.

The city of Skalica uses this integration to register city citizens who have an ​Enomka card​. The city's residents have an Enomka card in their virtual wallets (Apple wallet, Google wallet). This card provides them with several benefits, such as cheaper prices at the natural swimming pool, free visits to cultural monuments, or discounted admission to cultural events in the city. After scanning the card, the Odoo system automatically records that the city resident has used this benefit.

Every citizen who has a permanent residence in Skalica has the opportunity to register for free on the My Zone portal and at the same time receive a Skaličana Card - Enomka.
