Terms and Conditions
If you are interested in Support & Maintenance services for Odoo SH or an on-premise instance, please contact info@26house.com.
Upgrade services apply exclusively to the Enterprise Edition and are limited to upgrades between major Odoo versions. Such services may be provided no more than once within a three (3) year period. The total scope of upgrade services is capped at fifty (50) hours. Any work exceeding this scope is billed based on actual time spent and resources used, on a time and materials basis.
- Technical upgrade: Odoo Enterprise databases to a higher major version of Odoo Enterprise – test environment and production environment.
- Single service contact: communication with Odoo Support on behalf of the customer.
- Compatibility: adjustments and resolution of incompatibilities related to Odoo Studio changes and customizations.
- Scope of workt: up to 50 hours.
- Excludes: upgrade of original individual custom developments and customization s.
Prices are stated exclusive of taxes. Any work exceeding the agreed monthly service hours is billed based on actual time spent and resources used, on a time and materials basis.
L1 & L2, L3 Incident Ticket Management does not include Incident Management caused by 3ʳᵈ parties. L1 support applies to P1 Incidents only.

Benefits of 26HOUSE Cloud hosting:
- Daily backups in 2 different data centers.
- Fast response and performance of hosting: PostgreSQL and Odoo are optimized for maximum performance.
- Network / networking: Extended options for connecting external systems from/to the Odoo system
- Monitoring: proactive monitoring and notification system for tracking the status of servers, KPIs on metrics, availability and performance. It is also possible to define individual notifications, for example for monitoring the proper execution of automated actions or crons.

- Shared or Dedicated hosting: The price for 26HOUSE Cloud hosting is operated on shared hosting. If you are interested, we can provide dedicated hosting, the resources of which will be used only by your Odoo instance. The price for dedicated hosting is an additional service, depending on the selected parameters, charged from €250/month.
The amount of concurrent requests that the Odoo Production Environment processes is defined via "worker / workers". With 25 end users accessing and working with the system at the same time, 1 worker is required. For every additional 25 end users or 5,000 visitors to the front end - for example, a website, customer zone, we recommend adding another worker.
The monthly fee for Online Accounting Standard and Online Accounting Profi includes:
- 1x worker for Odoo production environment. The price for each additional worker is €60/month.
- 1x Staging environment. Each additional staging environment is charged €20/month.
- 5 GB of disk space. Every additional 5 GB is charged at €5/month. The required disk space includes the production environment + 2x backups + 1x testing environment. The size of the disk space is depending on the number of managed companies, the amount of data, generated attachments and files stored in the system (reports in PDF, XLSX, etc.).
- security updates and bugfixing. Applies to 26HOUSE modules and customizations. Odoo updates are provided according to the decision of 26HOUSE s.r.o.
-availability of the environment 24/7/365, with the exception of pre-planned maintenance (in the range of 2-6 hours per month)
- hosting services are operated on servers in the European Union
- backup policy - backup of the Production environment takes place every 24 hours. Backups are kept:
- daily for the last 7 days (7 backups),
- weekly for the last 4 weeks (4 backups)
- monthly for the last 3 months (3 backups)
- a total of 14 backups, stored in two different geographical locations on different continents.

- Data privacy: The customer is the owner of the data stored in the system.
- Data protection and Security: The Customer's data is stored in a dedicated database, no sharing of data between other customers of the Provider. Secure SSL connection with HTTPS certificate. More information about system security can be found in section: Odoo (the software).
If you are interested in switching to higher main version Odoo - Ugrade (for example from version Odoo 17.0 to version Odoo 19.0.), then it's necessary to conduct labour estimation analysis for activities related to scope of changes in higher main version Odoo. Labour estimation calculation includes activities, which identify scope of changes and implementation process of localization functionalities for utilization in higher main Odoo version.
License for the FinStat - Odoo integration is connection to the SK register FinStat, loading of company data name, address, business ID, DIČ number, VAT number based on the entered entity name or business ID number.
To add the data, you need your own FinStat PREMIUM API license.
Each Support & Maintenance plan is including Prepaid service time, that is defined as amount of hours per month that can be used for incidents or malfunctions in the Odoo, configuration errors, assistance with Odoo S.A. support, etc. Charges are every 15 minutes that have started, the time is non-transferable within months.
Time is not intended for development, inclusion of new modules and processes in Odoo, upgrade services or trainings.
